One Day Course

Facilitated session along with video presentation and workbook

Participants complete a written test and must obtain a mark of 80% to pass

Participants who do not pass are given one opportunity to re-write the test

This program increases awareness for responsible alcohol sales, service and consumption

Anyone who serves or handles alcohol in a licenced establishment in Ontario must be certified by Smart Serve including grocery stores that sell alcohol
