Smart Serve:

This program increases awareness for responsible alcohol sales, service and consumption.  Anyone who serves or handles alcohol in a licensed establishment in Ontario must be certified by Smart Serve including grocery stores that sell alcohol.

1 day onsite course through Smart Serve Ontario. Participants complete an online test and must obtain a mark of 80% to pass.   Participants who do not pass are given one opportunity to re-write the test.  Workshop Coaches are available for one on one assistance in learning the material if needed.
