Mondays and Fridays – 9:30 to 1:00
Wednesdays 3:00
This assessment is web based and will take approximately 15 – 20 minutes to complete.
The scale will provide you with a road map for work life success.
A feedback report is generated using the answers from the scale and will be used to assist you and your Worker in developing an action plan.
